St. Francis of Assisi High School – Rwenjaza is a private, coeducational secondary school offering both day and boarding options. It is situated in Kitagwenda District, Uganda, along the Kamwenge–Ibanda highway, approximately 8 kilometres from Kamwenge town. The school is duly registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports and operates under the nationally approved curriculum. Upon successful completion of four years of study, students are awarded the Uganda Certificate of Education. The school’s registration number is PSS/S/726, and its examination centre number is U4008. Additionally, it is an accredited assessment centre of the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT), with the centre number UVQF/1792.
St. Francis of Assisi High School was established in 2017 and welcomed its first cohort of students in 2018. While the school upholds a Catholic identity, it is inclusive and admits students from various religious backgrounds. The graduates of St. Francis of Assisi High School are distinguished by their love for God and nature, a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, and a spirit of creativity and innovation.
