St. Francis of Assisi High School offers a wide range of co-curricular activities aimed at growing the range of talents of students, encouraging them to become valuable in other spheres of life, beyond intellectual competence.

Students join a variety of clubs such as Debating, Music Dance and Drama (MDD), Environmental Protection, Young Christian Students (YCS), and Patriotism Club. Some clubs are meant to be just for fun and offer a great way to grow socially and make new friends, while others can be a great way to develop and expand leadership skills. Every student is a member of one or two of the existing clubs.

Besides clubs, students engage in different sports which include volley ball, (which both boys and girls seem to enjoy), netball, and football. Students also enjoy indoor games.

"Sports teaches you character, it teaches you to play by the rules, it teaches you to know what it feels like to win and lose-it teaches you about life".

“The five S’s of sports training are: stamina, speed, strength, skill, and spirit; but the greatest of these is spirit.”

"Life is like sports - you win some, you lose some. But, what is important is your attitude when you lose - how fast you get back up and start again".
